A project is not considered booked and work will not begin until the required deposit has been received and cleared.

Submitting an inquiry, completing an intake form, participating in a consultation, receiving a proposal or quote, or verbally agreeing to move forward does not constitute project commencement.

Before work begins, clients may be required to complete the client intake process, approve the project scope and pricing, sign the applicable service agreement, and pay the required deposit.

Unless otherwise stated in the client's proposal or agreement, Capri Luxe Digital Studio may require a 50% deposit to secure the project and begin services. The remaining balance and payment schedule will be outlined in the client's individual proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Payments must be made according to the schedule stated in the client's invoice or agreement.

Final payment must be received and cleared before a completed website is launched, transferred to the client, or administrative ownership/access is released, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Capri Luxe Digital Studio reserves the right to pause services when an invoice becomes overdue.

Any additional services requested outside the original project scope may require a separate quote, invoice, or written approval before the additional work begins.

Each project includes only the services specifically identified in the client's approved proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Requests that substantially change or expand the original project may be considered out-of-scope work and may result in additional charges. Examples may include additional website pages, new website functionality, major design changes after approval, additional graphics or branding materials, copywriting or extensive content editing, social media management, ongoing website maintenance, marketing services, additional meetings or consultations beyond those included in the project, and work requested after the project has been completed.

The client will be notified of applicable additional charges before out-of-scope work proceeds.

The number and type of revisions included in a project will be stated in the client's proposal or service agreement.

A revision is an adjustment to work already presented and does not include a complete redesign or a substantial change in the previously approved direction.

Requests exceeding the included revisions may be billed separately. Clients are encouraged to provide clear and consolidated feedback to prevent unnecessary delays and additional charges.

Clients are responsible for providing requested materials and information in a timely manner, including when applicable: logos and branding materials, written content, photographs and videos, product or service information, contact information, domain and hosting credentials, required account access, legal disclosures or policies specific to the client's business, and timely approvals and feedback.

The client represents that they have the legal right or appropriate permission to provide and use all materials submitted to Capri Luxe Digital Studio.

Capri Luxe Digital Studio is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, inaccessible accounts, or other materials not provided by the client.

Estimated completion and launch dates are based on the agreed scope of work and timely client participation.

Project timelines may change if the client delays providing content or access, feedback or approvals are delayed, the project scope changes, additional services are requested, or technical or third-party issues arise outside the reasonable control of Capri Luxe Digital Studio.

A projected completion date is an estimate unless a specific deadline has been expressly guaranteed in writing.

If a project becomes inactive because required content, feedback, approvals, payment, or access has not been provided by the client, Capri Luxe Digital Studio may pause the project and adjust its position in the production schedule.

Extended delays may require a project restart or reactivation fee before services resume.

If a client cancels a project after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment for services performed and expenses incurred through the cancellation date.

Deposits compensate Capri Luxe Digital Studio for reserving production time and beginning project preparation and services. The refundability of a deposit, if any, will be governed by the client's signed agreement and applicable law.

Any approved refund will be determined based on work completed, expenses incurred, and the specific circumstances of the project.

Before launch, clients are responsible for reviewing their website and identifying any necessary corrections within the project's included scope.

Client approval authorizes Capri Luxe Digital Studio to proceed with the website launch.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all outstanding project balances must be paid and cleared before final launch, transfer, or release of the completed project.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Capri Luxe Digital Studio retains ownership of its original working files, concepts, drafts, development materials, and project deliverables until all amounts owed for the applicable project have been paid in full.

Upon full payment, the client receives the ownership or usage rights specifically identified in the applicable service agreement.

Capri Luxe Digital Studio retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, processes, templates, methods, know-how, and other intellectual property used to provide its services. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, applications, software subscriptions, stock assets, email services, and other third-party services may involve separate fees. Unless specifically included in the client's agreement, these expenses are the client's responsibility.

Capri Luxe Digital Studio does not control third-party providers and cannot guarantee their continued availability, pricing, security, functionality, or performance.

Website design or development does not automatically include unlimited or ongoing maintenance.

After the project is completed, future updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, content changes, or redesign services may be billed separately unless the client has an active maintenance agreement with Capri Luxe Digital Studio.

Clients may be required to provide temporary access to websites, hosting accounts, domain providers, social media accounts, or other platforms necessary to complete contracted services.

Clients should use secure access-sharing methods whenever possible and are encouraged to update passwords or revoke temporary access when services are completed.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Capri Luxe Digital Studio may display completed, publicly released work in its portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials for the purpose of demonstrating its services.

Confidential information will not knowingly be disclosed for portfolio purposes.

Capri Luxe Digital Studio is committed to maintaining respectful and professional relationships with its clients.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or consistently inappropriate communication may result in suspension or termination of services, subject to the applicable agreement and payment obligations.

Capri Luxe Digital Studio provides creative and digital services but does not guarantee specific financial results, sales, website traffic, search-engine rankings, customer conversions, social-media growth, fundraising results, or other business outcomes unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement.

Clients should review all content, spelling, pricing, links, contact information, and functionality before approving a website for launch.

Any post-launch support included with the project will be identified in the applicable service agreement. New requests, modifications, or issues unrelated to Capri Luxe Digital Studio's original work may be subject to additional fees.

Capri Luxe Digital Studio reserves the right to update these general company policies periodically.

For an existing contracted project, the client's signed service agreement and the policies incorporated into that agreement will control if they conflict with a later website policy update.

These website policies provide general information regarding Capri Luxe Digital Studio's business practices.

Individual projects may be subject to a separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, or service agreement. If an executed agreement contains terms that conflict with these general policies, the executed agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
